Everything the club asks members to agree to — fees, payment, missed lessons, medical clearance and the registration waiver. No downloads.
All members are required to complete the registration form and agree to this policy.
Levels
Swim lessons are available for children of all levels, from non-swimmers all the way through to advanced and competitive swim.
Training
Swim lessons will be accompanied by land training as needed and appropriate for the level.
Venue
Any change of venue, or an additional venue, is communicated to all members.

Fees
Fees are to be paid on a monthly basis.
5% and 10% discount is applicable for a 2nd and a 3rd sibling respectively for each semester. New referrals are eligible for a special 15% discount for that semester.

Payment
Payment must be made by e-transfer, cash or credit card on the first day of the month to doubletime.sc@gmail.com.
Missed lessons and refunds
There is no refund in case of missed practices for any reason. One can make up for the missed practice in the following month.
Medical clearance
If a swimmer has health issues or a medical condition, it is necessary to have a doctor's clearance every 3 months or as per the frequency prescribed by the doctor.

Waiver
Agreed to as part of registration. Reproduced word-for-word from the club’s registration form.
Upon the Double Time Swim Club permitting the swimmer listed above or myself to participate in the Swim Club's fitness activities, I agree to release and discharge and to indemnify the Club from and against all claims or proceedings by whomsoever made or brought, in respect of any costs, losses, damage or injury arising by reason of my/their participation in such activities, or by reason of the provision of medical care to him/her or me. I further authorize the Double Time Swim Club to obtain such medical care to the swimmer listed above, as deemed necessary in the event of injury or otherwise, and agree to pay for all expenses incurred thereby.

Registration
No form to print.
Registration is part of booking. The booking flow collects the swimmer and contact details the club needs, records your agreement to this policy and the waiver, and sends it straight to the coach — there is nothing to download, print or scan.

You will receive a summary of the program, location and time you selected, and the club confirms your place and the payment details directly. Your first session in the water is used to confirm the swimmer's level before the block gets under way.

Choose a program and a time that fits your week. Lessons run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM in North York.
